When we first embarked on our mission to expand Endaoment's reach across borders through our partnership with GlobalGiving, we knew we were stepping into exciting new territory.

However, as we began the process of onboarding 4,200+ nonprofits and 7,500+ subprojects in 150+ countries, it quickly became clear that we were going to need a more powerful search engine.

Bridging a global gap

The integration of thousands of international organizations into our platform expands our community’s reach, and multiplies the paths for our donors to connect with causes close to their hearts.

But it also brought a complexity—how does one find a specific cause in an ocean of possibilities? This challenge sparked the evolution of our Explore page, and a major upgrade to our search functionality.

Your atlas for international impact

As explorers of the crypto-unknown ourselves, we sometimes wish for a good map. Maps help guide you and point your attention to where you want to focus.

For many in our global community, it wasn’t easy to find causes close to home, but that’s why we've charted a beautiful new map on our Explore page—a visual, intuitive, and interactive way to explore nonprofits around the world.

Each country with verified nonprofits available to fundraise have a small pill floating above them. Hover over them to see the name of the country, while the number to the right shows you how many organizations we’ve onboarded in that specific jurisdiction.

This is just the beginning of our adventure in philanthropic cartography. We look forward to improving the granularity, responsiveness and functionality of our atlas to impact. We hope you’ll enjoy exploring myriad ways to make a difference with just a few mouse clicks.
